Common Area Maintenance: Includes Interior and Exterior building maintenance, Elevator Repairs/Inspections, Security Doors and Intercom repairs, Fire Safety Inspections/supplies/equipment repairs, Plumbing, Landscaping, Snow Removal, Pool Inspections/operation/equipment repairs, and other Contracted Services.
