HVAC
Change the air filter on a monthly basis and inspect the unit on a regular basis. Water deposits on the filter or floor may indicate a condensation back up which could eventually cause damage to your unit and your neighbors unit as well.
*Buildings # 72, 76, 80 and 84 are required to have an approved Form 2 prior to HVAC unit replacement.*
