History of Villa Belmont
In 1968 Villa Belmont was built as a 282 Multi-Unit Garden Style Apartment Community.
In 1984 it was converted to Condominiums and for many decades has remained to be in high demand for Home Purchasers who desire an attractive, quiet, and well-maintained neighborhood to live in.
