Storage Rooms

  1. For buildings 56, 60, 64, and 68, each unit is entitled to one storage cubicle.  The cubicle assigned to each unit is identified by the unit number displayed on the cubicle. Cubicles are assigned by floor.

  1. For buildings 72, 76, 80 and 84, due to the lack of sufficient cubicles, units are assigned cubicles, one cubicle per unit, on a “first-come-first serve basis”.

  1. Contact the Management Office at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance to schedule an appointment for storage access.

  1. The Staff Member or Villa Belmont Representative is required to be present while resident is storing or removing items from their cubicle.

  1. A Unit Owner, Occupant, or Tenant may loan their cubicle to another Unit Owner, Occupant, or Tenant.

  1. In accordance with The Delaware State Fire Protection Regulation NO items are to be placed outside of the cubicle.  The Staff will remove any items outside the cubicle without any attempt to identify the owner.

  1. We suggest that you label each item in the cubicle with your name.

  1. The Unit Owner, Occupant, or Tenant using the cubicle is responsible for the cleanliness  and maintenance of that area.  The Association is not responsible for loss or damage to  property kept in cubicles in Common Elements.

Additional Policies

  • Villa Belmont offers additional storage based on availability.

  • In order to complete a storage call for our Residents the Villa Belmont Staff will need (24) hours notice.

  • The storage bin is 4x4x4 and the State Fire Code prohibits any item to extend beyond the bin.
