Security and Safety

  1. New Owners must register with the Management Office within forty-eight (48) hours of their purchase.

  1. Occupants and Tenants must register with the Management Office within forty-eight (48)  hours of their move in date.

  1. The Management Office will not provide keys to the Security doors indiscriminately and will only issue additional keys to Unit Owners who prove to have a real need.  The cost of a Security key is $115.00.

  1. Lobby and other Entrance doors are not to be left open unattended at any time, particularly when moving in or out, or when deliveries are being made.  Anyone moving in or out, or having deliveries made, is responsible for having someone in the lobby, or at any other entrance being used, at all times while the doors are open.

  1. Stairway doors are to be kept closed at all times in compliance with fire regulations as well as for appearances.

  1. Explosives and highly volatile materials are not to be brought into or stored in any unit or Common area or element of the Condominium Property.

The Council shall have the right to impose the following penalties to the Unit Owner for non-compliance of the above regulations:  “Security and Safety”

  1. Assessment of a $50.00 fine, for each occurrence of non-compliance.

  2. Cost of restorations.

  3. Cost of Staff time and Professional fees, if applicable and the cost of Attorney  and Court fees, if court action against Owner becomes necessary.
