Laundry Room Procedures

• Laundry rooms are located on the first floor of each building.

• Laundry room hours are 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.  Please be considerate of your neighbors and adhere to this policy.

• Remove all debris from machines when you are done.  Please be courteous to your neighbors and adhere to this policy.

• Be conscientious about what you wash and dry in the machines.

• Each laundry room has a trashcan.  Please be helpful to the Villa Belmont Staff and use it.

• Promptly remove your clothing as soon as the machines have stopped.

• Villa Belmont is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

• The Caleco contact is located on the Laundry room bulletin board, please call them directly if you need assistance.
