Emergency Entrance

  1. The Council, on behalf of the unit owners, has the irrevocable right, to be exercised by the Council or its designee, of access to each unit.  Requests for access to units shall be made  in advance by Council or its designee, except in cases of emergency when such right of access shall be immediate, whether or not the Unit Owner, Occupant, Tenant, or Guest is present.

  1. If key(s) to all locks controlling access to a unit or access to a unit is not made available to the Management Office and an emergency situation should arise the unit door lock(s) will be removed and replaced with new lock(s).  The Owner will be charged for the replacement lock(s).

The Council shall have the right to impose the following penalties to the Unit Owner for non-compliance of the above regulations:  “Emergency Entrance”

  1. Assessment of a $50.00 fine, for each occurrence of non-compliance.

  2. Cost of restorations.

  3. Cost of Staff time and Professional fees, if applicable and the cost of Attorney  and Court fees, if court action against Owner becomes necessary.
